Reintroducing a Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) to provide overseas labour for UK farms should be a last resort, says lobby group Migration Watch UK.

Instead, Migration Watch UK says farmers should make the sector more appealing to domestic workers by improving wages and conditions.
