The Farmers’ Union of Wales has urged all UK agricultural ministers to make progress in developing a post-Brexit UK framework for farming.
The call comes amid fears of deepening divisions between devolved governments – with a detrimental impact on farmers.
Agriculture is a devolved issue, but the UK government has so far refused to say whether it will hand on powers from Brussels to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland post-Brexit.
Concerns are growing that discussions remain at a relatively early stage, despite Brexit being little more than two years away.
